<p>Role Purpose :</p>
<p>The core duty of the Contracts Administrator will be working closely with the Sales Team and is responsible for managing the contractual aspects on projects. This also includes the administration of all contractual paperwork between the company and any external parties.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<p>1. The administration of all contractual paperwork between the company and any external parties. This includes:</p>
<p>a. Generating of new client and consultant paperwork</p>
<p>b. Amending and extending of existing contracts</p>
<p>c. Delivering weekly status reports to senior management up to board level</p>
<p>d. Monitor and chase outstanding contractual agreements</p>
<p>e. Liaising directly with the Sales &amp; Resourcing to meet contractual requirements</p>
<p>2. The Contracts Administrator will be required to flag any changes in contractual terms when requested to do so by either consultant or client. To liaise directly with the Legal department for any contractual queries. You will also have a good understanding of contractual terminology and be able to draft any amendments for legal to review (if required).</p>
<p>3. The Contracts Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are contractually compliant. This includes:</p>
<p>a. Ensuring all consultants have all required documentation</p>
<p>b. Ensuring that all consultants are fully compliant with both UK and International regulations</p>
<p>c. Ensuring that all consultants going on site fully meet any contractual client requirements</p>
<p>4. Working closely with the Accounts and Finance department: it will be the responsibility of the Contracts Administrator to ensure that all client charge rates and expenses are recorded on all internal systems to an extreme degree of accuracy</p>
<p>Academic &amp; Professional Qualifications :</p>
<p>1 2:1 Degree or equivalent</p>
<p>Knowledge &amp; Experience :</p>
<p>1. Previous contract administration experience within a professional services environment</p>
<p>2. A good understanding of contractual terminology</p>
<p>3. A good understanding of compliancy regulations in both the UK and overseas</p>

In case of professionals with 15-20 years of experience, the job gets even tougher. Listing job responsibilities and dates for all the job positions becomes not only for the person writing the resume but for the employer as well. To ensure that you don&#8217;t miss any important positions, thoroughly look at the professional experience and try to figure out which ones are not relevant to the profile for which you are forwarding the resume.</p>
<p><strong>Put Educational Qualifications in Brief</strong></p>
<p>For a fresher, the relevance of mentioning educational qualification is more than an experienced professional. So, if you have significant years of experience you can skip this section. Or just talk about your educational degrees in brief so that the employer can focus only on the experienced you earned in the industry.</p>
